On Wednesday I was invited to a dawn yoga session, over looking town with Shake It , for the launch of their new yoga mats , at the beautiful Sky Backyard’s in London. As I stepped out of the elevator on the thirty sixth flooring, with the attractive sunrise, city sky line in front of me, I couldn’t believe that this was the place I was fortunate enough be beginning my day. I arrived at a hidden tropical paradise, with yoga mats scattered in between the beautiful, inexperienced jungle of Sky Gardens. It was hard to believe that a place so lovely and calm existed above such a busy city life, simply 37 floors under.

You’re SO right that consistency with the fundamentals (that we all form of know by age 10 or 20 at the newest) is all we really must be merely fit and wholesome, after which to get on with life.
